Food chemistry

Chemistry has always been an interesting subject to me, hence my choice to choose a line of study that is chemistry focused. in this wide field of science, chemistry seeks to logically explain everything happening in our environment, from the nutrient components of the food we eat daily, water necessary to support life, the medications and treatment we receive all necessary for life, just to mention a few.

food chemistry is one of my main interests in chemistry. it clearly defines the from the beginning, the growth of food plants, their ripening, their use and contribution in food chemistry up to their decay which brings about further exploration of reactions such as those of  fermentation and even its contribution to the brewing industries, and other food preparation industries.  

cosmetics...

Another wing of interest in chemistry is the preparation of cosmetics and their use. cosmetics are widely used by not only women, but men also. many people now favor the use of cosmetics as compared to past times probably due to the introduction of natural cosmetics and the availability of information regarding home made cosmetics and their safe use. this would also prove to be cost effective for most people and a wider platform of interest for most creative people who can build careers that are cosmetics focused since its a fast evolving industry.
